PASTA NATURA only uses naturally gluten-free flours from the farm-to-table organic cultivations of our agricultural business. It is suitable for celiac people and for anybody wishing to follow a gluten-free diet to have a healthier and more balanced nutrition. Our aim is to offer an artisanal product, healthy and tasty, perfect to be used in the preparation of delicious first courses and able to whet the appetite and satisfy everybody. 

Conchiglie is a pasta variety that is shaped like a conch shell, corn and rice pasta is naturally gluten free and it is produced without ingredients of animal origin. It's ideal for the diet of celiac and vegetarian people.

Organic cornflour ( 70%) and rice flour (30%).

Instructions

To cook on the hob. Moderate heat: 8-10 minutes. Before cooking: Place pasta in a saucepan of boiling water (1 litre of water per 90g pasta). During cooking: Add salt to taste and boil, stirring occasionally. A shorter cooking time results in a more "al dente" (firm) texture. After cooking: When pasta is cooked drain immediately and serve. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
