These red glacé cherries are fantastic to have around the house, they have a deliciously sweet flavour and can be used as an edible cake decoration for your favourite homemade cakes.

These glacé cherries have been created by soaking cherries in a hot sugar syrup which removes the majority of the moisture from the fruit. This candies and preserves the cherries and extends the lifespan. Use as a decorative finish for cakes or use as a sweet ingredient within a recipe, combine with other shades of colour to create an eye-catching dessert or cake. Also work well as a snack!
