Water, green peas (27%), coconut milk, meat- free ham- style pieces (10%) (water, soya protein concentrate, barley malt extract, natural flavouring, colours: iron oxide), rice flour, sugar, vegetable bouillon (salt, maltodextrin, potato starch, yeast extract, sugar, dried vegetables (onion, parsnip, parsley), sunflower oil, spices (turmeric, lovage, pepper, garlic, mace, nutmeg), spice extract), black pepper.

The supplier warns that the following potential allergens may have come in contact with this product in transport, packing or production: Gluten, Wheat, Peanuts, Soya, Milk, Nuts, Sesame, Sulphur Dioxide.

Once opened, remove contents and store in an airtight container in the fridge and use within two days.

Hob: Pour into a pan. Cook on a medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly. Microwave: Pour into a suitable container and cover. Cook on full power for two minutes. Stir, then heat again for a further minute. Stir and serve.
