Suggested Use: Geordie special - pease pudding ! Cooking Instructions: 1. No need to soak. Rinse thoroughly before cooking. 2. Place 100g of peas into a large saucepan with 500ml of water. 3. Place the pan on the medium hob ring over a high heat. Bring to the boil and boil for 10 minutes. 4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 35 minutes, until the peas have softened but are slightly firm to the bite. 5. Drain thoroughly, rinse and use as required. Time: 45 minutes.
